Yes. We offer inspection, cleaning, troubleshooting and repair, as well as technical support by phone or Messenger. If there is a problem with your system, we aim to be on site within 48 hours.
Yes, with a hybrid system that includes battery storage. When the grid goes down, your system continues to power your selected appliances from the panels and battery. How long it runs depends on your battery capacity and what you have switched on. A system without a battery shuts down during an outage for safety.
Our standard coverage is 10 years on solar panels, 5 years on the inverter, 5 years on the battery, and 1 year on workmanship. Terms can vary by brand, so your quotation lists the exact warranty for your equipment.
